As the band Gentoo approached the last few songs for their upcoming album, the joy and challenge of naming the album was the next task on the table. While exploring different ways to think about the name (i.e. after a song on the album or something consistent with the genre, etc.) they decided to base the album name on an identified thread that ran through all the songs. That thread turned out to be whether we embrace or regret key decisions in our lives. They chose to name the album “No Regrets”
